FAQ
How do I pay?
After the call is done, we send you a Stripe payment link in the chat. Pay by card. No upfront payment needed.
How fast do you reply?
During our hours (every day, 9:00–21:00 JST) we usually reply within an hour. Most calls are completed within 24 hours of confirming the request.
What languages do you speak?
We chat with you in English and make the call in Japanese. We can also handle calls in basic English if the JP party speaks it.
What if the call goes over 10 minutes?
We charge ¥500 per extra 5 minutes. We tell you in chat before continuing past 10 minutes if it looks likely.
Can I get a recording of the call?
Yes — just ask. We can record the call and send you the audio file in chat after we're done, at no extra cost. By default we only take notes and report the outcome.
What if the call fails or no one picks up?
We try a couple of times during business hours. If we can't reach them at all, you don't pay.
Can you call internationally?
We focus on calls to numbers inside Japan. For international calls, message us and we will let you know.
How do you handle my information?
We only use what you send us to complete the call. We do not share or sell your details. After the task is done you can ask us to delete the chat history at any time.
